Two of where I live and some of the fishing ponds just up the road….. a bit scruffy but the guy is landsaping the area a bit at a time !!
One of the Ponds photo’s I had to ‘fiddle with due to it being too bright but they should give you some idea what the area looks like, today has been very nice indeed, bright sunshine, hardly any breeze until around now, 5pm, had to come home because the batteries in the buggy and the camera need a recharge…:lol:
Hopefully tomorrow we get more of the same !!

A very nice day today, warm sunshine, a gentle breeze…..
I’ve mown the lawn, done a spot of gardening and cleared out the spring stuff from the window box, plants will go in there next month, found a plastic wall hanging container that I’ve put up on the front wall and blagged three plants from a neighbour and planted them in it…. plus had a large plateful of chicken balti for my dinner…..
All the doors are open plus some windows to air the place through so all in all a very constructive day…..

Two days on and off I’ve been dragging the parts of my buggy out of the shed, servicing and cleaning, doing any necessary repairs…..
Today started out bloody cold but by lunchtime the sun was out so off for a pootle around the village to test out the thing….. it even climbed the hill up to the church !!
I’ve had to stop for numerous chats with folks I’ve never met before, fussed strange dogs and thoroughly enjoyed myself out in the fresh air… and the weather is supposed to be better for the weekend!!
My next door neighbour has gone fishing at the ponds just up the road so when I’ve finished this and my coffee I’ll be buggying my way over there for a looksee…….

After the pleasure of yesterdays sunshine and mild temerature today has been a bit of a let down…..
Its very windy, and that wind has a chill to it, and its been overcast all day….
After mowing the lawn yesterday I had some plans for small alterations to bits of the gardening, ’squaring off’ one particular bit thats looking a bit ‘not quite right’… was gonna do it today but no chance….
Lets hope for some more warmth and sunshine in the coming week…
